Megan Boyd

Dr. Megan Boyd has experience teaching choral music at all levels, elementary through university and in the community sector. She currently serves as Associate Artistic Director for the Young Professionals Choral Collective of Cincinnati and is the Women's Choir Repertoire & Resources Chair for the Ohio Choral Directors Association. She has previously been a faculty member at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH and Concordia University Ann Arbor in MI.

Dr. Boyd is an active adjudicator and clinician in the Midwest and has been published in The Choral Journal. She led performances by the Michigan State University Women’s Chamber Ensemble at the 2014 American Choral Directors Association Central Division Conference and the YPCC Chamber Choir at the 2019 Ohio Choral Directors Association Summer Conference. The Xavier University Women’s Chorus was also recently featured during the 2020 OCDA Virtual Summer Conference.

Dr. Boyd holds an M.M. and D.M.A. in choral conducting from MSU and a B.M. in music education and vocal performance from Boston University. She currently resides just north of Cincinnati with her husband and two children.
